One of the most exciting messages you can receive after placing an order on Wish is the notification that lets you know that your package is on its way. That’s why we’re excited to share that Wish is aiming to improve the delivery time for millions of customers from 3-4 weeks to about 15 days.
Faster delivery times apply to select orders and are already being experienced by our shoppers in many parts of the U.S., and within Germany, France, Great Britain, and Italy. We’re hoping to expand to more customers around the world, including Canada and Australia, in the near future.
Many of you may have already taken advantage of our express shipping option, which makes it possible to receive your items within 5-10 days. That option isn’t going anywhere (keep looking for the little orange truck!), and it is still a great way to get your goodies quickly. With the new faster delivery initiative, there’s nothing extra for you to do to get your items sooner. Eligible shoppers simply need to browse the amazing deals on the app, place an order, and our merchants will aim to deliver qualifying orders within the quicker timeframe.
