No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chance of winning. Must be 18 years old to enter. Entry Period ends November 3rd, at 11:59 pm PST. Maximum of one entry per participant, per period.

Entry Period: Begins October 6th, 2021 and ends November 3rd, 2021, at 11:59 pm PST.

Method of Entry: Participants can generate a maximum of one entry by:

• Uploading your photo or video to the landing page, or you can post on social media just by tagging @WISH and using the hashtag #WishOWeen

Entry Requirements: Each photo or video entered should:

• Be high quality (e.g. in focus, well lit, uncluttered)
• Showcase a product ordered from Wish
• New original photos and videos

Eligibility: This contest is open to US residents 18 years or older, with valid Wish accounts. One entry per participant. Entries may be submitted starting on 10/6/2021 and no later than 11/03/2021 by 11:59 PM PST.

Prize, Prize Claim: The prize is $500 Wish cash to each winner. Potential winners will be contacted via Wish Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook through a direct message or via Email. There will be 4 winners total. 

Each verified winner will be announced on Wish Instagram, Wish Facebook, and Wish YouTube every week, from 10/13 until 11/03/2021 or soon thereafter. Prizes will be added to the winner’s Wish account within 21 days of verification.

Wish does not allow more than $500 Wish Cash on any account. Therefore, if a winner already has Wish Cash in their account, the whole prize will not be able to be awarded. 

Each potential winner is responsible for monitoring his or her account for notification and receipt of other communications related to this sweepstakes. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt, and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.

Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen until 11/03/2021. 4 potential winners will be based on the following elements: (i) creativity; (ii) visual appeal; (iii) and originality. Any entry not selected in a previous contest period is eligible in the following contest period. Each consecutive winner will be announced on Wish Instagram, Wish Facebook, and Wish YouTube starting Wednesday, 10/13/2021 until 11/03/2021.

General Conditions: Administrator reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Administrator reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The administrator may require and review documentation to verify the eligibility of a potential winner and require the completion of additional releases and tax forms. Winners will be solely responsible for any federal, state, and/or local taxes incurred in claiming a prize and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Administrators will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize(s).

Release: By accepting any prize, the winner agrees, to the extent allowed by applicable law, (i) to release and hold harmless Administrator from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize; (ii) give Administrator all rights required to use, display, edit and otherwise exploit each entry (submission) including any individual images or likeness, for a variety of purposes, including promotional, advertising or other marketing purposes. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Administrator’s use of the winner's name (first name and initial of the last name), address (City and State), likeness, voice, and/or quotation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Limits on Liability: The Administrator shall, to the extent allowed by applicable law, not be responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (b) lost, late, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries; (c) any technical or human error or unauthorized human intervention which may occur in the processing of Promotion entries or in the administration of the Promotion; (d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property including to an entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or from downloading any material from Administrator’s website or app, regardless of whether Administrator or a third party prepared the material and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor’s website by a hypertext link. The administrator does not limit or exclude its liability where or to the extent that it would be unlawful.
