Now Available on the Wish App: $2.99 Flat Rate Shipping

Get ready to save even more on Wish — flat rate shipping is now available on the Wish app for many items shipping to U.S. customers. That means you can load up on many of your favorites and pay one low standard shipping fee. Just how low? $2.99!* That’s right. The more you buy, the more you save since you’ll only pay for shipping once. We’re excited to offer this savings option to bring some extra joy at checkout time.

Before you run over to the app to check out this new feature, we’ve put together a handy Q&A to help you get to know the program.

• How can I tell which items qualify for flat rate shipping?

We’ve made it easy for you to know if an item qualifies before you even add it to your cart. Simply look for the words ‘flat rate eligible’ when viewing a product.   

• Why don’t I see which items qualify for flat rate shipping when shopping in my web browser?

Flat rate shipping is only available on the app and in the U.S. at this time.

• Is there a minimum amount I have to order to qualify for flat rate shipping?

Yes. In order to lock in the flat standard shipping rate of $2.99, you must have at least $10 of eligible items in your cart (excluding tax). If you apply a discount code, which may bring your order under $10, you will no longer be eligible for flat rate shipping and will need to add additional qualifying items to bring your order back up to $10.

• Is there anything special I have to do to apply the flat rate shipping fee?

No. Once you have at least $10 in qualifying items, you will see the $2.99 flat rate shipping applied automatically in your cart.

• Is there a limit on how many items I can add to my cart under flat rate shipping?

No. The flat standard shipping rate will remain unchanged no matter how many times you press that “Add to Cart” button on eligible items. Go ahead and fill up your shopping cart with qualifying items and they will ALL ship for a total of $2.99.

• What happens if only some items in my cart qualify for flat rate shipping?

Non-eligible items in your cart will have a separate shipping fee. 

• What do I do if I need my items faster or want to pick it up from a store?

You still have the option to select express shipping or ship to store during checkout. Note, once you select these options, the item(s) will no longer be eligible for flat rate shipping or count towards the $2.99 flat standard shipping rate.  

• Is flat rate shipping available in my country?

The program is currently only available in the U.S. but we hope to make it available in more countries soon.
