#WishComeTrue Contest Official Rules

Contest : Your dance moves could win you $3,000 in Wish Cash! From unboxing or doing a happy dance, show us how shopping on the Wish app makes you feel magical with our #WishComeTrue contest! Grand prize is $3,000 Wish Cash + the chance to duet with yours truly, Wish! Just upload your video using our Wish Come True song and tag @wish with #WishComeTrue! Don’t stop there-- add your video on Instagram Reels to increase your chances of winning :D

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chance of winning. Must be 18 years old to enter.  Entry Period ends September 30th, 2020 at 11:59pm PST. Maximum of one entry per participant, per period.

Entry Period: Begins September 1st, 2020 and ends September 30th, 2020 at 11:59pm PST.

Method of Entry: Participants can generate a maximum of one entry by: (a) including an active email address and their TikTok and Instagram handle, (b) uploading a video to TikTok using our original sound (Wish Come True) and (c) tagging @Wish with #WishComeTrue and (d) uploading a video to Instagram Reels.

Entry Requirements: 

Each video entered should:

• Be high quality (e.g. in focus, well lit, uncluttered) 
• Be creative and original (your own style/spin)
• Wish Come True song
• Tag @Wish 
• Use #WishComeTrue hashtag

Videos will be judged on the following criteria:

• Creativity
• Wish product
• Visual appeal
• Message clarity and relevance
• Clear audio and visual quality
• Post on Tik Tok & IG Reels to double your chances of winning

Eligibility: This contest is open to: individuals 18 years or older, with valid Wish accounts.  This contest is void in Quebec, Puerto Rico, Italy and where prohibited. 

Prize, Prize Claim: The weekly prize for the winning submission is Wish Cash equivalent to $3000.00 (or the local currency equivalent).Potential winners will be contacted via the Wish TikTok or Instagram through a direct message. Each verified winner will be announced on Wish TikTok, Wish Instagram, and Wish Facebook the following Monday until 9/30/2020 or soon thereafter. Prizes will be added to the winner’s Wish account within 21 days of verification.

Each potential winner is responsible for monitoring his or her account for notification and receipt of other communications related to this sweepstakes. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. 

Winner Selection: Each week Wish Marketing will select a potential winner based on the following elements: (i) creativity; (ii) visual appeal; (iii) message relevance and clarity; (iv) audio and visual quality. Any entry not selected in a previous contest period is eligible in a following contest period.  Each winner will be announced on Wish TikTok and Wish Instagram the following Monday until 9/30/2020.

Promotion Sponsor: This promotion, the #WishComeTrue September Video Contest (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by ContextLogic Inc. d/b/a Wish (“Administrator”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram or Facebook and participants agree that neither TikTok nor Instagram nor Facebook shall have any liability to them related to this promotion. Any questions about this sweepstakes should be directed to the Official Wish TikTok account.

Additional Terms:

Use of the Wish app is governed by the Wish Terms of Use.  Use of personal information is governed by the Wish Privacy Policy.

General Conditions: Administrator reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.  Administrator reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  Administrator may require and review documentation to verify the eligibility of a potential winner and require completion of additional releases and tax forms. Winners will be solely responsible for any federal, state and/or local taxes incurred in claiming a prize, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize.  Administrator will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize(s).

Release: By accepting any prize, winner agrees, to the extent allowed by applicable law, (i) to release and hold harmless Administrator from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize; (ii) give Administrator all rights required to use, display, edit and otherwise exploit each entry (submission) including any individual images or likeness, for a variety of purposes, including promotional, advertising or other marketing purposes.  Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Administrator’s use of the winner’s name (first name and initial of last name), address (City and State), likeness, voice and/or quotation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.  

Limits on Liability: The Administrator shall, to the extent allowed by applicable law, not be responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (b) lost, late, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries; (c) any technical or human error or unauthorized human intervention which may occur in the processing of Promotion entries or in the administration of the Promotion; (d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property including to an  entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or from downloading any material from Administrator’s website or app, regardless of whether Administrator or a third party prepared the material and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor’s website by a hypertext link. Administrator does not limit or exclude its liability where or to the extent that it would be unlawful.
