No purchase necessary to enter or win. 18+ to enter. Ends Oct. 31, 2019 at 11:59pm PDT. 

How to Enter 

• Follow @Wish on Instagram
• Upload your best makeup looks, costume, pet costume, decor with Wish products  (image/video) to the Wish Halloween landing page for one of the following categories:
  • Makeup
  • Decor
  • Costume
  • Pets
• Include an active email address and 
  • Include Instagram or Facebook handle, Enter your email address and IG or Facebook handle

Restrictions

• One entry per participant
• Must have active Wish account
• Participants must be 18 years or older.  Void where prohibited.
• Entries may be submitted starting on 10/01/19 and no later than 10/31/19 by 11:59PM PST

Winner Selection

• One lucky winner per category will be selected via direct message on Instagram 1 day after contest ends (10/31/19). 
• Total of (4) winners will be selected and contacted on 11/1/2019 by 5:00PM PST.

Prize

$150 in Wish Cash to be deposited directly into the selected winner’s Wish account.

Wish Halloween Sweepstakes Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chance of winning. Must be 18 years old to enter.  Entry Period ends Oct. 31, 2019 at 11:59pm PDT. Maximum of one entry per participant, per drawing period.

Entry Period: Begins Oct.1, 2019 and ends Oct.31, 2019 at 11:59pm PDT.

Method of Entry: Participants can generate one entry by: (a) following Wish on Instagram, (b) including an active email address and their Instagram or Facebook handle, or (c) uploading a photo or video of a Halloween related item from the Wish app; 

All participants will have the opportunity to shop all product entries throughout the duration of the contest. Purchase is not required to participate in the contest. Any promotions for Wish Halloween products will be announced on Facebook and Instagram only. Promotions can only be used during the week of announcement and only for products related to the contest entries. Promo codes can only be used once for any purchase during promotion week. 

Eligibility: This contest is open to: individuals 18 years or older, with valid Wish accounts.  Void where prohibited. 

Drawings: Each potential winner will be selected randomly by Wish Marketing on 11/01/2019, and contacted via 5:00PM PST. No entries will be submitted into the contest after 10/31/2019 at 11:59PM.  

Prize Claim: Potential winners will be contacted via the Wish IG or FB through a direct message on (11/1/2019) by 5:00PM PST. Selected winners must correspond with Wish Marketing via Facebook or Instagram within 10 days upon contest completion. Unresponsive recipient prizes will become null and void by 11/12/2019 if prize is not claimed. Each verified winner will be announced on Wish Instagram and Wish Facebook on 11/2/2019. Prizes will be added to the winner’s Wish account within 21 days of verification.

Each potential winner is responsible for monitoring his or her account for notification and receipt of other communications related to this sweepstakes. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. 

Promotion Sponsor: This promotion, the Wish Halloween Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by ContextLogic Inc. d/b/a Wish (“Administrator”).  This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook and participants agree that neither Instagram nor Facebook shall have any liability to them related to this promotion. Any questions about this sweepstakes should be directed to the Official Wish Instagram account.

Additional Terms:

Use of the Wish app is governed by the Wish Terms of Use.  Use of personal information is governed by the Wish Privacy Policy.

General Conditions: Administrator reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.  Administrator reserve the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  Winners will be solely responsible for any federal, state and/or local taxes incurred in claiming a prize, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Administrator will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize(s).

Release: By accepting any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Administrator from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.  Except in the State of Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to our use of the winner's name (first name and initial of last name), address (City and State), likeness, voice and/or quotation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Limits on Liability: The Administrator shall not be responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (b) lost, late, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries; (c) any technical or human error or unauthorized human intervention which may occur in the processing of Promotion entries or in the administration of the Promotion; (d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property including to an  entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or from downloading any material from Administrator’s website or app, regardless of whether Administrator or a third party prepared the material and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor’s website by a hypertext link.
